  1. Lovely Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you tried – elumpa paleo eating alchemist (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my old buddy Taylor eradicated the belly fat problem with the easy Paleo recipes it gives you.´╗┐

  4. I'm sorry… (and I'm sure this comment has been made several times, but I just don't care to read them today), but this is not a helpful showing of a "typical" Paleo day. No normal income household, especially with children, could EVER afford to eat this way. Kudos to you, it all looks great, but the amount of shopping, fresh ingredients, prep, and cooking of this video can never match the typical 2 income family household. I'm not ripping on you for having all of the great meals and snacks, but if you're trying to show what a good Paleo day is like, this is fantasy to the rest of us.´╗┐

  5. Try watercress instead of spinach, have much less oxalate and is also, if not more nutritious, also very interesting for someone in paleo/primal diet since is one of the oldest known leaf vegetables consumed by humans. Very good for your health. Search about it! ;)´╗┐

  6. That is a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT of animal protein and saturated fat ….
    Few eggs at breakfast, egg and sardine at noon, steak and broth (with animal fat obviously…)´╗┐

  7. im not going to do paleo but i do need to eat more paleo diet type stuff to eat more natural so big thanks for uploading this…. processed food needs to f off my diet big time… these are good clean meal ideas. I am shocked she can eat so much and not gain weight wow amazing pretty girl.´╗┐

  9. Some of these comments are ridiculous. Eggs are cholesterol bombs? There is no evidence that dietary cholesterol increases bad cholesterol in the body. What does increase cholesterol? Trans fats, refined and processed carbs. As for whole grains being good for us, if you can digest them, knock yourself out. They mess up my digestion, big time. All the benefits that grains purportedly give could just as easily be found in vegetables (including fiber) and you get much mire nutrition out of veggies.´╗┐
