    This book had some good recipes and tips and might work, but I didn’t try it. It was motivational and the basic diet plan Is there. The plan is that you must follow the exact menu items. Although there are 7 breakfast, lunch and dinner choices, my lifestyle is not that structured even for 1 week. Some of the meals would be too complicated for me to prepare, and with a family to feed, it would be impractical and almost impossible. I also wonder if you would gain back the weight if you go back to a normal diet after a week. The recipes were basically sugar free, low calorie. If you would like some good recipes and meal choices, it would be worthwhile reading, especially if you are only cooking for 1.

    This is a wonderful book on weight loss. It helps you understand what to eat? Why to eat and when to eat? After reading this book, I have changed my eating habits and followed the instructions given in the book, all I can say is that what I had seen in 7 days after following this guide was amazing… I was able to lose weight and I am very happy with it. It’s a great weight loss book that one must have, highly recommended.
