    This was an excellent weight loss book, I really liked the tone the author used while writing it- it made for a smooth, easy read that didn’t feel “preachy”. It is also apparent that the author knows what she is talking about, because the beginning chapter Why Do Most People Fail With Losing Weight, I found myself identifying with pretty much every point she made, it was very eye opening and I’m hoping being more aware will prevent me from making the same mistakes in the future.
    120+ Weight Loss Hacks goes above and beyond what I was expecting. It says 120+ hacks, but there are actually 140! I loved the hyperlinked table of contents, it made it so much easier to go back and re-read specific ideas. The hacks were insightful and easy enough to make the small changes, though they weren’t things I would have ever thought of on my own.
    There were also three great bonus’ at the back of the book, extra tips, FAQ about weight loss, and even a bonus book!
    I picked this book up as a Kindle Unlimited read and I loved it, I will definitely be keeping it borrowed for a while so I can look back on all the tips.

    What a straight forward book, full of common sense tips on helping a healthy weight loss, whilst dispelling myths and boosting self confidence tips. One of the best tips I love is the ‘motivation jar’ – this idea is not all new…it is like, I should have thought about that. This book has been written in a manner to recommend action first, as opposed to procrastinating. Finally, I love the last chapter with the FAQ section. This is a really good book for those desiring to achieve weight loss (without all the nonsense fad diets). Highly recommended.

    I really enjoyed this book because it lays all of the information out in a clear and well organized manner.

    I have always been a big fan of these types of books that have a list of the best tips that actually work. If you are like me, you realize that it is a real pain to have to sort through hundreds and thousands of articles and forum posts on the internet when you are trying to research ways to lose weight. This book takes care of that problem, and cuts through all of the noise and just simply lists what works.

    The first part of the book is very valuable because it explains the reasons that most people aren’t successful when they try to lose weight. And then it goes on to explain all of the reasons for why it matters so much for you to get healthy and start living a better lifestyle.
