Corrina explains why we want to eat more alkaline-forming foods and try to limit acid-forming foods from our diets. She then counts down the top 10 healthiest, alkaline-forming foods that we should be eating. Processed, refined fast foods, artificial sweeteners, most drugs (prescription and street), caffeine and many others are acid-forming. This free video will tell you the top 10 foods to help you re-gain your health and alkalize your body.

In a fast food nation, eating healthy food becomes difficult to do. Yet a poor diet contributes to low energy, obesity, stress, health problems and high medical bills. If you eat better, you will feel better and this video discusses some of the foods you should eat more of and which foods to avoid, like coffee, soda, refined sugar, etc.

  1. This really helped a lot! I'm going to try to cut as much acid as I can, because I'm not feeling too well in the stomach and the head and my chest.

  2. Hi hi! Have you ever tried – Bekkas Incridible Sugar Detox (just goole it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got great results with it.

  3. I make this every night b4 going 2bed:) I cut up a lemon in 4's pour 2bottles of spring water in my jug let it set over night n drink it in the morn sometimes I drink all day depends on how many jugs I make

  4. I've been studying this for over 20 years and everything, 100 percent of what she said is very true. This video should be saved and used for future reference. Very well done also.

  5. Can I put watermelon into the water instead of lemon? Because I'm still doubting that lemon is alkaline forming…

  6. Too bad I love coffee, plus with milk, which is also acid-forming (but I drink only one, maybe two a day). I guess black tea would be a good alternative, even though it contains caffeine too.

  7. This is a very important comment about Orange Juice.  Many years ago, my mom was having tremendous leg cramps.  They were so bad that she couldn't get up and do anything and suffered the tremendous pain from these real bad cramps.  Her toes would stick out in real strange positions from the spasms.  The doctor gave her drugs that helped, but only helped ten to twenty percent, plus the drugs had terrible side effects that made her dizzy and extremely tired.

At the same time I was trying to get my health back so as the commercials said I drank plenty of Orange Juice, about two large glasses each day.  I set out a course that was about three or so miles and stated running every day.  Before I ran I would drink my Orange Juice just to be sure that I was doing the right thing.  I would commonly run a little ways and then walk and then run again.  This was doing very good for me.  However, as my strength started to increase, I started to run the whole distance without the walking.  This is the very important part.  When I got up to about two miles into the run, my legs would go into cramps.  These cramps were so bad that when they started, if I ran even a single step more, I would have to stop for about two weeks before I was able to run again.

One day I started thinking about my old mountain climbing and mountain running days.  My friend read a lot about the physiological effects of running and heavy exercise, especially exercise at high altitudes.  It turned out that with the heavy running our bodies produced Lactic Acids which made us tired.  When weightlifters really push hard to the point that it burned, as they described it.  In my friends studies he found out that the Lactic Acid levels were so high in these weightlifters that the acid indeed burned their tissues.

So, after thinking about this for a long time I decided to stop the Orange Juice all together.  Guess what, I was able to run without the cramps.  So I told my mom and made her get off of the Orange Juice and her cramps went away and she threw her medicine away saving her $130 dollars a month.

About two months later, my mom started having the bad cramps again.  Thinking, what a nightmare again, I then asked her if she was on the Orange Juice again and she said no.  So I looked in her refrigerator and there it was, Orange Drink, not Orange Juice.

The high amounts of Citric Acid does indeed increase a persons blood acid level.  I am thinking that this is what killed my cousin when he spent years eating the, 'So Called' proper health foods.  He died of a heart attack.

To make a short story long.  I'm a disabled vet with Traumatic Brain Injury along with a long list of other problems.  The TBI causes me to have severe abdominal spasms and what I call super crashes.  These crashes are so bad and they cause every muscle in my body to ache so badly that I end up laying on the floor and suffer for days on end and when these crashes are gone, it still takes me weeks to months before I become functional again.

This past July 1st I went to see the new Terminator movie.  I have severe eating disorders where only a quarter piece of aspirin will pass from my esophagus into my stomach.  I recently found that drink a highly effervescent drink just before eating pulls causes my stomach to bloat and pull the hernia down and allows me to eat much easier.  So I found that Beer before I eat works absolutely the best.  Anyway, just before the movie we went to a Chinese Buffet which didn't serve beer.  So I drank a lot of cola.  I was having a lot of difficulty eating anyway because the previous day I was doing a lot of bending.  So I had to drink a lot of sodas, about four of them before the movie.

When I went to the movie, I drank a large Cola and after the movie, since at the Buffet I was only able to eat one plate of food in the allowed time before the movie, I went to Taco Bell and again had a large cola.  After getting home I started having a super crash.  It lasted for three days and on the forth I felt so badly that I didn't even feel like making any food except for the microwave stuff.  But, I thought about all of the acid foods that I drank and then made myself a super hot burrito filled with peppers and pepper sauce.  The super weakness left me and I felt much better.

Again these crashes happened after I spent three days eating steak and only steak.  Now according to this video or one that I previously watched, it stated that red meat also causes an acid body.  So I again tried the Burrito and I felt much better.  My experiments are still going on and I am now using litmus paper many times a day to see where my blood PH is at and to identify when and what may be causing these crashes.  So I'm still testing, but it looks like just peppers is all I need and not the terrible side effect drugs that my doctors have been giving me.

  8. good so far, but as per Dr. Sebi, Tofu and Soy is poison for the body since 'developed' by man not by nature….

  9. So explain to me the process/processes that occurs in the body when you eat a lemon to make it 'alkaline forming'. Or link me to a reliable website which would explain it. If I squeeze a lemon to get the juice and drop in universal indicator into it I can absolutely guarantee it will go orange(ish) (ie acidic). If you are saying that lemon will have a pH of 9 in the body then that shows that you have no grasp of what pH actually is because the pH depends on the concentrations of acids and bases in a solution, which would be affected by the amount of lemon you ate and your body mass…. pH=-log[H+] Not to mention that blood is a buffered solution so even if you injected the lemon juice of a few lemons directly into your blood it would probably have negligible effect on pH. (That is an educated guess)
