    I have been an advocate of The Southbeach Diet, i can attest to it’s effectivity. I found this book very informative and Taylor made it really easy for newbies who would wish to try it out. I started before when the research was still very young, and there’s a lot of prohibitive foods, now Taylor really did a great job in research and theory that it makes easy for anyone now to lose weight.

    This book gave me a lot of valuable and helpful information on what a south beach diet is and how it works. The book provided a lot of instructions when it came to exercise as well as the food you ate.

    The food and the recipes were highly nutritious and healthy. They had very less carbs. I really enjoyed trying out all the recipes. They were amazing. This was a rather easy diet, but it was highly effective.

    I have a few pounds I’d like to drop quickly, and the SBD always works well for me in a pinch. This book is one of my favorites in my (rather large) collection. I like that the recipes have photos and are easy to follow and delicious. This one is a winner!
