    I get a lot of Paleo books, and this is one of the really great ones.
    I prepare a bunch of these on Monday, and then I have healthy, yummy, easy snacks all week so I don’t succumb to unhealthy (but let’s admit, delicious) packaged food or fast food.

    Another great Paleo snack book out there is:

    I really enjoyed this book. It gave me a quick understanding of the advantages of `going caveman’ with the Paleo diet plus lots of easy-to-follow recipes for delicious between-meal snacking. It also helped me understand why gluten is so unhealthy for the body – and so addictive. And I now know that `gluten-free’ packaged foods may not be a whole lot better due to the flavor-enhancers added. The author explains that, “Paleo is one of the easiest diets on the planet to follow: just remember to keep it real. If it’s processed, artificial, or otherwise not directly from the earth, don’t eat it.” Guess it’s time to cut back on my favorite organic corn chips in favor of the author’s oven-fried sweet potato chips and spiced kale chips.

    A gluten free diet allowing one to loose weight and at the same time making it possible to preserve one’s health, can be considered a feasible perspective after reading the Paleo diet book.
    Dr. Walter L. Voegthin would be surprised to see that today his theory on a diet based on low in carbohydrates and high in animal fields is a finally accepted health principle. The Paleo diet theory is based on the Stone Age diet book of Dr. Walter.
    A few of the recipes are: Banana-Cocoa Swirl Bars, Hawaiian-Style Beef Jerky, Nutty Carob Apple Slices, Paleo Pina Colada to Creamy Strawberry Ice Cream and Spinach and Strawberry Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette. They are provided with easy to understand instructions.
    The Paleo diet book takes us to a tasting tour of adventurous flavours. A journey no one wants to miss.
