    A very nice and modern diet to become healthier and happier. For those, who didn’t know, Paleo diet is a diet based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans, consisting chiefly of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit and excluding dairy or cereal products and processed food. The book shows us diet benefits and encourages us to live a healthier life. I currently stick to it and maybe it’s an effect of placebo but I really do feel wonderful with the eating habit like this. A good guide if you want to go Paleo!
