  1. I only have fish and lamb when it comes to animals. both of these foods have a lot of nutrients. other meats don't have much. other than that I have loads of veg some fruits and water. you will feel so energized and a lot of things will change like sleeping pattern and weight. even skin conditions.

  2. What if a large part of the diet of paleolithic humans largely consisted of eating each other? Should we include human flesh in the diet as well? Are knives and forks allowed, or is it more beneficial to eat with our fingers? – Sarcasm intended.

  3. Paleo diet is great. But I don't think that people understand why it is good. Which is sad. If you look into probiotics and intestinal flora centered diets, they are CLOSE parallels with the Paleo diet. Sadly, the paleo diet misses the mark on some areas of this, but all together by eating ONLY the foods provided on the paleo diet you can get CLOSE enough to a flora centered diet, such as The Makers Diet, to where you can lose weight. It's going to be slower to lose weight with, because it's been half assed. But it's still super healthy along the way and a nice slow way to lose weight which is how most doctors recommend that you lose weight. If you want to lose weight fast Paleo will fall short. I recommend the Atkins diet or a calorie diet if you are very accountable for recognizing what calories are in foods and know how to not cheat. These are not sustainable methods of weightloss because after a while they will become highly unhealthy for your body. And for this reason, paleo being so mainstream is quite wonderful. If you are more focused on losing weight than eating healthy then I highly recommend looking more into a intestinal flora focused diet. These diets work by correcting the intestinal flora, which helps you digest foods better and helps you to cut down on those nasty gluten and sugar cravings, many of which i'll bet you aren't even aware you're having on a daily basis.

Please stop talking to me about "lean meats". The atkins diet makes you lose weight CRAZY FAST and you can eat the FATTIEST meat in the world. Stop generalizing. STOP IT. You are trying to simplify a very specific weight loss technique and honestly it's just cruel. Some people DO NOT PREFER those carbs that pair with the fat to form fat on your body. Some people would prefer to cut down on the carbs and up the high fat meats. AND THATS FINE. so STOP saying lean meats, there is no reason to do this honestly unless you have high cholesterol and your doctor has asked you to do this specifically for YOUR specific health needs.

If you've read this far into my comment, here's a golden tip. Use coconut oil for everything. Throw out your raunchy olive oil unless you're using it FOR UNCOOKED food, like salad dressings ONLY. STOP COOKING WITH IT. Coconut oil can actually handle the high temperatures and cooking and remains healthy after being cooked, it's light, super low calorie and just healthy as hell. I can't understand how olive oil is even still used for cooking with how easy it is to access coconut oil.

  4. what about the findings, that people ate cooked wild grains and legumes further back than we thought?
they ate it at least 30k years ago.

  5. Ive had so many stomach issues since I was young. I am 20 now, VERY skinny…need to put on some serious mass… what is the best way to gain good muscle AND some healthy fat on a paleo diet?

  6. I like the Paleo style diet for the satiety it provides. All the rest may be hocus pocus like grass and range…all that. Most of us Goy with kids can only afford Save-A-Lot.

  7. The paleo concept is useful because if in a grocery store you ask yourself 'would a caveman have had this?' 'would a caveman have had that?'  it will steer you away from processed/junk food and towards the produce section.  This is a lot more straightforward than thinking about calories, fat, and carbs which is too abstract and abstracts from whether this is a processed food or a natural food.

  8. I eat mostly paleo  since i am allergic to wheat corn and soy. As well as most nuts, tomatoes, dairy(eggs and milk), and shellfish. Rice makes me bloated. Im not a huge fan of buckwheat, quinoa, or kamut. So I eat meat, vegetables, fruits, and provisions (sweet potato, green bananas, cassava) ,which are not allowed on paleo diet so I say mostly.

  9. I think I accidentally became Paleo. I eat mostly veggies, veggies, veggies…lean proteins such as fish or sometimes turkey. Fruits WILL NEVER be better than fruits. I love rice, but I get so bloated when I eat rice, brown or white..

  10. This is an excellent video with simple explanation of the Paleo diet.  How perfect that we just need to do what our ancestors did.  Eat "hunter gatherer" above the ground, clean foods. Get back to the basics, and healthy, simple eating.  I have only done Paleo "challenges" with CrossFit, and it ABSOLUTELY words to get stronger and more lean.  Totally doable.  Thanks for this!  I'm sharing.
