    Nothing new here and certainly NOT for dummies.
    Repeating the same stuff ALL diet books tell you….basically eat less and move more.
    I found the information giving very patronising and repetitive.
    Better off getting a good cook book to inspire you to cook tasty meals and just have smaller amounts.
    If weight loss was as easy as eating less there would be NO fat ppl. Obesity is complex 🙁
