A big part of the alkaline diet is juicing. You can cram all sorts of delicious flavors into a refreshing cocktail. Find below some of our favorite alkaline juice.

1. Watermelon and fresh mint

This recipe will get you 8 glasses of juice.

1 small organic watermelon, chilled and roughly sliced

4-5 stems fresh mint, stems removed if using blender method

Process in a juicer, one half of the watermelon with the rind on and the remaining half with the rind trimmed off.
Add the mint to the juicer mid way while juicing to be sure it is pressed thru.

Garnish with a mint leaf and serve immediately.

2. Carrot & Lemon Juice

You will get around 8oz of juice from this recipe.

4-5 peeled carrots, ends trimmed (peel only if they need peeling)

1 lemon peeled (you must peel all citrus fruit prior to juicing)

Thrash it all in the juicer and then drink immediately.
3. Cucumber Fennel

Again you will get around 8oz from this recipe.

1 cucumber

a piece of fennel

1 lemon peeled

1 stalk celery

few stems of bok choy.

Thrash in your juicer and drink immediately.

4. Green Ginger Ale

Another 8oz from this recipe.

1 cucumber

few stems each of mint & parsley

2 leaves of kale, 1/2 in piece of ginger

1 lemon peeled

In blender and then drink immediately.

5. Creamy Greens

1 cucumber

a few broccoli stems

1 stalk celery

few stems of bok choy

a 3-4 inch piece of parsnip

a small wedge of cabbage

few stems parsley & basil too if you have

Place in your blender and add 1 avocado, 1 small clove garlic, pinch of sea salt and 1-2 teaspoons of Braggs soy sauce.

6. Beet, Lemon & Ginger Juice

4 medium beets peeled

1 lemon peeled

1   1/2 inch piece of ginger

Place all in your blender and drink immediately.

7. Green apple and grapefruit

You should get 10oz from this recipe.

1 green apple

1/2 pink grapefruit

1/3 bunch fresh spinach

3/4 large English cucumber or one small

1/2 inch piece fresh ginger

1 stalk celery

Run all ingredients thru juicer and enjoy.

Alkaline Shakes

Slightly different but still just as delicious are the Alkaline shakes!

1. Lemon Lime Shake

1½ Hass avacado, roughly chopped

1 large cucumber, roughly chopped

1 ½ c young Thai coconut meat, roughly chopped

4 c young Thai coconut water

¼ oz Stevia powder

½ c lemon juice

¼ c lime juice

Small pinch of Himalayan salt

Shove all ingredients in your blender and blast until completely smooth. This recipe makes 3 servings.

2. Green Shake

½ large cucumber

1 oz lime juice

6 oz grapefruit juice

1 Hass avocado

½ lb spinach

4 oz raw coconut milk

1 tsp Super Greens Powder

1 tsp soy sprout powder or hemp protein powder

10 drops prime pH Drops

4 sprigs of fresh mint

14 cubes purified water ice

Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until completely smooth. This makes 2 servings.

Alkaline Smoothies

1. Alkaline Green Smoothie

You will get a 13oz smoothie from this recipe.

6″ piece of cucumber

3 medium Kale leaves, torn

5 stems fresh mint

3 stems fresh parsley

1″ piece fresh ginger

1 avocado

1 cup coconut water

fresh juice of one lime

1-2 tsp udo’s oil

1-2 tbsp hemp seeds

2-3 drops stevia

Put everything into your blender and mix until smooth, you could add a little filtered water if its too thick.

2. Raw Buckwheat and Berry Smoothie

You will get one great portion from this recipe.

1/3 cup raw buckwheat soaked in filtered water 30 mins, or over night

1/2 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

4 large fresh or frozen strawberries

juice of one lemon

6″ piece of cucumber (I peeled mine but not necessary unless waxed field cuke)

4 drops liquid stevia or 1-2 tsp agave syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 avocado

1/2″pc ginger- optional- if you love ginger this is nice but not too much or it takes over

Place all ingredients in your blender and mix until smooth.
